1. Course Cancellation by You

Since our courses involve digital content and access to online resources, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation Before Course Access: If you cancel your enrollment before you have been granted access to the course materials, you may be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Cancellation After Course Access: Once you have been granted access to the course materials, including but not limited to video lectures, downloadable resources, and online assessments, cancellations are generally not permitted, and no refunds will be issued. This is because you have already received the benefit of the course content.
• Live Sessions: If the course includes live sessions, and you cancel your enrollment, the refund eligibility will depend on how close the cancellation is to the first live session. If you cancel before the live session begins you will get a full refund. If you cancel after the live session has begun, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Course Changes or Cancellation by Us

Ashok Bairi reserves the right to:

• Reschedule or modify the course content.
• Cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or insufficient enrollment.

If we cancel a course, you will be offered the following options:

• Enrollment in an alternative course of equal value, or
• A full refund of the course fees.

3. Refund Process
